The chef for you: Markus <\/span>T\u00e4umer<\/span><\/h3>\n

Markus completed his apprenticeship in the sophisticated gastronomy of a German family business near Stuttgart in Germany. <\/span><\/p>\n

His curiosity and dedication to foreign cultures and their cuisine led him to emigrate to Spain after a 3-year journey of discovery. <\/span>In Spain, Markus worked as a chef in various hotels and restaurants for over 10 years and was able to expand his passion for the country’s typical and regional cuisine.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2012, his path led him to Switzerland, where he was responsible as head chef for Brasserie Lipp<\/em> and <\/span>Moudi\u2019s<\/span><\/em>,<\/em> among others. <\/span>At <\/span>Moudi\u2019s<\/span>, he was particularly fascinated by the variety of spices and colors of oriental cuisine, which added another chapter to his culinary horizon.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a passionate truffle enthusiast and foodie, Markus <\/span>T\u00e4umer<\/span> and his team look forward to enchanting you on these evenings.<\/span><\/p>\n
